Comparison results of RNA-seq (â—Š) and qRT-PCR (â–  ). Expression profiling of TF, CHI, GLU, ABC transporter, SOD1, Ser/Thr kinase, HSP, MEK kinase genes were examined by RNA-Seq and qPCR in genes in M. fructicola cells during interaction with P.digitatum (Mf-Pdig).
