(B) – (E) Chromatin profiles of size-normalized CPEs in (B) HSPCs, (C) T-cells, (D) B-cells, and (E) pRBCs all show enrichment of H3K4me1 and H2A.Z by definition. They are also all enriched in Brg1, H3K4me3, H3K27me1, and PolII but lack H3K27me3 enrichment.
