Exon-exon junctions are indicated by inverted triangles. The conserved cysteines, characteristic for Ly-6 domain, are shown highlighted in grey and their connectivity with interconnected lines. The percentage of identity of each sequence respect to the human one is shown as well as the corresponding E values.
