(A) The alignment (number of reads, y-axis) shows that all the sequencing reads align to the 5′ end of chr1.tRNA704-GlyGCC gene. (B) The majority of the sequencing reads align to the 5′ end of chr11.tRNA945-ArgCCG gene, whereas only a very small number of sequencing reads aligns to the 3′ end.
