Sleep enhanced transcripts demonstrate both significantly increased expression in sleep as compared to sleep deprivation (FDR < 1%) and increasing expression as spontaneous sleep progresses (FDR <1%). Overrepresented functional annotations describing this group of transcripts that met a FDR cutoff of 5% are shown.
