2-DE proteomic maps of proteins and phosphoproteins of Vitis vinifera leaves from healthy, infected and recovered plants. Protein extracts were separated on 7 cm long IPG strips with a pH gradient from 4 to 7, followed by SDS-PAGE on 12% polyacrilamide gels. Panel A: ProQ Diamond staining for phosphorylated protein detection. Panel B: Sypro® Ruby staining for total protein detection.
