  1. TMP sequences were compared using ClustalW [32] within MEGA4 software [18]. Some subclusters were combined. The % Identical Sites indicates the number of identical nucleotides aligned over the entire length of the gene. The % Pairwise Identity indicates the number of identical nucleotides of aligned and unaligned lengths within the gene and gives a more accurate indication of similarity.
