  1. The number of putative GST genes in each GST class in DBM was estimated using two sets of GST N-terminal domain (Pfam ID: PF02798) sequences (DS1 and DS2). UBH based classification was performed for DS1 (DS1-UBH) and DS2 (DS2-UBH), respectively. Phylogenetic tree-based classification was performed for DS2 (DS2-PTB). The number of GST genes in Bombyx mori was obtained from [62].
