  1. Overlap # is the number of overlapping genes. PCC is Pearson’s correlation coefficient of log2 fold-changes of overlapping genes. P-value is calculated based on Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient to test the null hypothesis (PCC = 0). Consistent TP-TA is the consistent part of TP and TA signatures (hypothermia signatures). TP: torpor vs. post-reproduction; TA: torpor vs. arousal episodes.
