The arrows point to a few genes or gene clusters that are differentially expressed in both parS and parR mutants. pqsABCDE: PQS signal biosynthetic genes. phzA2: phenazine biosynthetic gene; mexEF-oprN: RND efflux pump operon; PA1970, PA3229, PA4881: hypothetical proteins; PA3326-PA3336: A 16.6 kb region including clpP2 (ATP-dependent Clp protease), fabH2 (3-oxoacyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] synthase III) and many hypothetical genes.
