The upper graph charts the data as a LOD score. The solid black line depicts the significance threshold. The lower graph depicts the estimated QTL effects. Significant LOD scores were obtained for (A) functional motor deficits, which is shown to map to chromosome 12 (LOD = 3.3), and (B) CNS vascular permeability, which is shown to map to chromosome 17 (LOD = 3.7).
