  1. *The assembled PKW consensus sequence for ‘B-chrUn_random’ derived from read mapping is 80.01 Mb, but for molecular genetic studies, all gaps were filled with ‘N’s to prevent artificial concatenation and ‘bridging’ of mapped reads across unrelated genic regions. Therefore the working sequence length is 141.13 Mbp, essentially the same as for the homoeologous A-genome sequence, and the working PKW consensus genome length is 402.547 Mbp.
  2. **The mean% of A-genome chromosome length is calculated only for chromosomes 1 – 11.
