- *The assembled PKW consensus sequence for ‘B-chrUn_random’ derived from read mapping is 80.01 Mb, but for molecular genetic studies, all gaps were filled with ‘N’s to prevent artificial concatenation and ‘bridging’ of mapped reads across unrelated genic regions.
