qT-RT-PCR analysis of selected genes. A total of nine host genes (3 downregulated, 3 not differentially expressed, and 3 upregulated) were selected for qT-RT-PCR validation. qT-RT-PCR was conducted in triplicate and the mean was graphed. The correlation coefficient (r2) was calculated using GraphPad Prism software.
