A ‘✓’ sign represents statistically significant (Hypergeometric test, Benjamini & Hochberg False Discovery Rate FDR correction, significance level 0.05) overrepresentation of that GO term in corresponding ecotype in that column. Due to space limitations, only some of the interesting GO terms overrepresented in multiple ecotypes were included in this table. The complete result obtained from the BiNGO analysis has been presented in the Additional file 3.
