  1. The prediction showed that all MdCPKs identified had palmitoylation sites characterised by the presence of cysteine residues at the N-terminal end, usually in positions 4 and 5.
  2. Presence of “****” indicate palmitoylation site present at 4th position and “***” indicate palmitoylation site present at 5th position of respected CPK gene.
