From: Genomes of “Spiribacter”, a streamlined, successful halophilic bacterium
Phylogenetic tree constructed using a concatenate of 277 conserved proteins in all genomes of available Ectothiorhodospiraceae genomes. Allochromatium vinosum DSM 180 and Thioflavicoccus mobilis strain 8320, belonging to Chromatiaceae were used as outgroups and are shown in red.
