Stat6 binds to lysosomal gene loci in mouse macrophages. Analyses are based on publicly available ChIP-seq data deposited by Ostuni et al. (2013) [GEO:GSM1022294, GSM1022295, GSM1022296, GSM1022297, GSM1022298, GSM1022299, GSM1022300, GSM1022301, GSM1022302, GSM1022303, GSM1022304, GSM1022305] [58]. In that study mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages were grown with IL-4 for the indicated time, chromatin was immunoprecipitated with antibodies against Stat6 or H3K27ac, and the DNA fragments were sequenced. Here, data files with peak coordinates were annotated and aligned to selected genomic loci as described in Methods. Coding regions of the indicated genes are shown in blue, with the direction of transcription indicated by arrow heads. In some cases, neighboring genes or transcript variants were omitted for clarity. Peak regions for Stat6 and H3K27ac are shown in orange and green, respectively.
