The lower panel shows the status of methylation for each CpG dinucleotide for three different PCa cell lines (LNCaP, DU145 and PC3) exposed to epigenetic drugs. White circle – unmethylated CpG (0–0.20); grey circle – partially methylated CpG (0.21 - 0.80); black circle – fully methylated CpG (0.81 - 1.0).
