Yellow background represents DHA2 genes not belonging to the phylogenetic cluster associated to the lineage. F indicates that the corresponding gene was classified as a fragment. The broken line encompasses groups of proteins more similar in amino acid sequence (inferred from the analysis of the phylogenetic tree). HGT represents the plausible occurrence of events of horizontal gene transfer between species.
