The correlations were estimated between the effective population sizes of 5 (N e5 ) and 50 (N e50 ) generations ago as well as the ratio of them (N e5 /N e50 ) and the number of signatures including singletons (Total signatures), the number of confirmed signatures without singletons (Final signatures) and the average number of SNPs per final signature.
