(C-D) The nucleosome distribution and RNAP II occupancy near the high-usage (blue curve) and low-usage (red curve) alternative polyA sites in expressed genes (RPKM > 1) in CD4+ T cells. A high-usage site has the lowest RUD in the gene, and a low-usage site has the highest RUD in the gene.
