Construction of a condensed reference/donor graph in a more complex case. In the first pass, any reference edges with no parallel donor edge are removed. In the second pass, linear subpaths are condensed to single edges, and the parallel reference edges are summarized using reference markers. (a) Initial reference/donor graph.
