Glucose tolerance tests in WT and single or DKO mice for the RasGrf1 and Pttg1 loci. Male animals of the indicated ages and genotypes were fasted for 16 h and then injected intraperitoneally with a bolus of 2 mg glucose/g body weight. Serum levels of insulin were measured by ELISA after blood extraction at the times indicated. (A) Blood insulin in 3 month-old RasGrf1/Pttg1 DKO animals basal (0 min) and upon glucose injection.
