Each individual is represented by one vertical line with the proportion of assignment to each cluster shown on the top and the different colours are referent to different clusters: international (INT) = blue; Asian (ASD and ASWB) = green; and European (IB and EUWB) = red. Breed and population codes are as in Table 1.
