Abundance of fungal orders detected in ITS amplicon data sampled from the midguts of four individual third instar larvae of A. glabripennis . Fungal reads were exclusively classified to phylum Ascomycota. At the ordinal level, the communities were dominated by Hypocreales and Saccharomycetales.
