The disordered regions were classified by the following terms: nterm (N terminal), cterm (C terminal), interm (intermediate) and cnterm (spanning from the C to N end). The N and C terminal regions were defined as 15% of sequence ends. The X-axis represents the name of the organism. The Y-axis indicates the number of disordered regions.
