(b) MbIGYP gene expression patterns analyzed by real-time RT-PCR. For MbIGYP11, 13, 16, 20, 39, 64, 73, 76, MbNPP1 and MbNPP2, expression levels were calculated relatively to 0 dpi samples. Because of low expression levels of MbIGYP73, 76 and MbNPP2 at 0-2 dpi, their relative expression levels were calculated based on 3 dpi samples. Bars indicate average expression ± SD of three technical replicates. These experiments were repeated three times with similar results.
