Alternative 5′ splice junctions predicted for exon 2 and exon 3 of CATHL8 and CATHL3L2 . Genomic DNA corresponding to exon 2 and exon 3 of CATHL 1-7, CATHL8, CATHL3L2 and CATHL9 was retrieved from the University of California, Santa Cruz genome browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu).
