Possible overlap between TATA box and PthA/PthC-binding site positions in the citrus promoters predicted as targets of PthA/PthC proteins. The great majority of PthA and PthC-binding sites overlap with, or are located within 30 bp of the predicted TATA-box elements in the corresponding citrus promoters.
