  1. 112 Atlantic salmon reference genome contigs showed alignment to two or more linkage groups. The number of times two or more Atlantic salmon linkage groups shared an Atlantic salmon genome contig was counted, and is presented in column three. Column four shows the proto-Acinopterygian ancestral linkage group shared between Atlantic salmon linkage groups in column one, as defined by Danzmann et al. [6].
