However, allelic polymorphisms involving SNPs were occasionally observed in some motifs of these genotypes as indicated by C (1021/1), K (Karaka), S (Summer Delight), and V (VTn62-33-3). V# indicates an insertion into the motif in at least one allele of VTn62-33-3.
