Hierarchical clustering of significant GO terms for genes with top 1% deletion scores. Significant results of GO analysis using genes with top 1% deletion scores run with default criteria in DAVID GO analysis (COUNT = 2, EASE = 0.1). These results are largely divided into three clusters: cluster 1 with 10 genes related to nervous transmission. cluster 2 with six genes associated with neuron motion, and cluster 3 with eight genes linked to neurogenesis.
