Histone acetylation changes on RP genes during osmotic stress. Profiles of H3K9ac (a), H3K14ac (b) and H4K8c (c) of the RP genes or the remaining genes before (left panels) and after (right panels) osmotic stress in relation to the levels of core histones (H3 and H4, respectively). The log2 values of the specific immunoprecipitation of the modified histone were represented in relation to the immunoprecipitation of the core histone (i.e., H3 or H4). Data were represented as in Figure 4, except that the represented region went from 1000 bp upstream of the TSS to a maximum of 1000 bp downstream. Probes were binned to 50 bp.
