Summary of the number of positive selection signals in each of the 31 PASNP population groupings, classified according to the inferred frequencies of the advantageous alleles in three categories: (i) high, where derived allele frequency (DAF) ≤ 30%; (ii) medium, 30% < DAF < 80%; and (iii) high, DAF ≥ 80%. The vertical dashed line separates the urban and cosmopolitan populations (left of line) from the ethnic minorities and indigenous populations (right of line).
