Identical sequences shared between the two tRNAs for leucine are in bold, so are the identical sequences shared between tRNA-alanine and tRNA-cystine (see also Table 2). The 17-bp identical sequences shared between the two tRNAs of Heterodoxus macropus are in bold (see also Table 2).
