Validation of microarray data through qRT- PCR of selected genes. The transcript levels in plants were assessed following 4 h exposure of 10 nM of PSY1 to one-week-old plants. Relative gene expression levels were compared with wild type control (defined value of 1). The relative transcript levels were calculated from three independent biological replicates. * Indicates significance calculated among treatments using Tukey’s test (P < 0.05).
