TermLogos of overrepresented GO terms in sets of differentially expressed genes. GO terms are based on Blast2GO and InterProScan, the scaling factor for the font size is given by S=| log10(p-value)| where the p-value corresponds to the p-value of the overrepresentation analysis (Fisher’s Exact Test) that was corrected for multiple testing (Benjamini-Hochberg; p-value cutoff 0.05). TermLogos visualize overrepresented GO terms such that the font size represents the significance of every GO term: the larger the font, the smaller the corresponding p-value [12]. Only the top 30 GO terms are displayed.
