Frequency of genes annotated for Abrothrix olivacea at corresponding CDS reconstruction levels. Frequency of genes annotated per total number of genes were calculated for each strategy (see text) and for the corresponding mouse coding sequences (CDS) reconstruction level. The CDS reconstruction intervals are of 0.01 percent. Only the largest reconstructed CDS for each gene are taken into account.
