The values on the top (and bottom) of the negative diagonal elements (indicated in bold) are the correlation values of sense transcript (and antisense transcript) in S. cerevisiae (Sc) and S. paradoxus (Sp) respectively. ML, ES and HS correspond to the Mid-Log, Early stationary phase and Heat-shock conditions. The horizontal and vertical column has species name-experimental conditions used for computing correlation values.
