Upregulated metabolic pathways as dictated by A. m. ligustica and A. c. ceran honey bee worker larval and pupal hemolymph across the different developmental stages. Proteins with significantly increased abundance (p < 0.05, fold change >1.5) in worker bee larvae and pupae on day 1, 3 and 5 of A. m. ligustica (A) and A. c. cerana (B) were mapped to KEGG pathways (labeled in red with brighter shades) using iPath v.2.0.
