Western blot analysis of 14-3-3 zeta and PDI. Hemolymph proteins samples of honey bee worker (A. m. ligustica and A. c. cerana) larvae and pupae on days 1, 3 and 5 were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by Western blot analysis. 14-3-3 zeta and PDI were detected using corresponding antibodies.
