Electrophoretic mobility shift assay. DNA binding property of HOXC11 protein deduced by EMSA. α-32P labelled double stranded oligos were incubated with refolded HOXC11 protein. The Protein-DNA complex was separated through native polyacrylamide gel. Note the migration of the free and bound α-32P labelled double stranded oligos in lanes 1, 2, 3 and 7, respectively.
