From: Discovery and validation of novel and distinct RNA regulators for ribosomal protein S15 in diverse bacterial phyla

Previously identified ribosomal protein S15-interacting RNA leader sequences and structures originating from different phyla of bacteria. Three regulatory RNA structures have been previously reported for ribosomal protein S15. A: Escherichia coli[22], B: Thermus thermophilus[24], and C: Geobacillus stearothermophilus[23]. In each structure the rpsO start codon is boxed, and a red bar is placed over the ribosome-binding site.
