ZR small RNA ladder on the left of each blot is shown to size the bands and EtBr is used for equal loading. Examples of two tRNAs expressing sRNAs within the T. pseudonana sequenced libraries are shown in (b) and (c). The top visualisation represents the mapping pattern of sRNAs stacked up against the y-axis mapped to the tRNA sequence on the x-axis. The secondary structure of the tRNA is shown in dot-bracket notation above the x-axis. The middle graph shows the size class distribution of all sRNAs that map to the tRNA and the bottom schematic shows the folded tRNA with its most abundant sRNA from the library highlighted in red.
