The x-axis represents ln(1.001- max P), where max P is the maximum PHASE probability and we use 1.001 to deal with max P = 1.0. The y-axis represents the MC score of MixSIH. Data are randomly selected 1000 times from chromosome 1. The vertical dotted line corresponds to the maximum PHASE probability above which the precision of PHASE is over 0.9, and the horizontal dotted line corresponds to the MC value above which precision of MixSIH is over 0.9.
