ELK1 and other ETS-factor motifs are relatively enriched in FOS ChIP-seq peaks from tamoxifen treated MCF10A-ER-Src cells. Panel A shows the central enrichment of the ELK1_DBD motif (from Jolma et al.[3]) in the treated-cell (solid line) and untreated-cell (dotted line) FOS ChIP-seq peaks. Treatment was for 4 hours.
