Immunocytochemical analysis of anti-gamma H2A.X expression in PGCs after knockdown of CIWI and CILI . Approximately 48 h after knockdown, PGCs fixed with paraformaldehyde were incubated with anti-gamma H2A.X followed by secondary antibody phycoerythrin to examine double-strand DNA breakage. DAPI was used for counterstaining. Bar = 100 μm.
