Codon usage and tRNA availability in Acinetobacter phages. The total number of codons is 52,152 for phage ZZ1 (256 genes), 52,870 for phage Acj9 (253 genes), 50,605 for phage Acj61 (241 genes), 52,929 for phage Ac42 (255 genes), and 51,005 for phage 133 (257 genes). Optimal codons that have relative phage-encoded tRNA are indicated with black boxes. Phage-encoded tRNAs related to the highly used codons are shaded grey, as is the corresponding codon.
