(B) Density of HMGD1 and H1 ChIP-seq reads in different genomic regions: promoters (defined as 1 kb upstream and downstream of TSSs), exons, introns, and intergenic regions in the D. melanogaster genome. “Upstream” and “Downstream” regions are defined as 1 kb upstream and 1 kb downstream of the transcription start site, respectively.
