(A) Overall comparison of Glycoside Hydrolases (GHs), Glycosyl Transferases (GTs), Polysaccharide Lyases (PLs), Carbohydrate Esterases (CEs), Auxiliary Activities (AAs) and Carbohydrate-Binding Modules (CBMs) against other thermo dimorphic fungi and closely related Sordariomycetes. (B) CBM 50 gene family is highly expanded in the Sporothrix lineage.
